Yes — we accept official purchase orders from UK schools, academies, NHS trusts, local authorities, universities and registered businesses. Simply place your order online, select “Purchase Order” at checkout, and email your PO to us within 24 hours. 30-day payment terms for approved accounts.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working hours during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). Emails sent outside these hours will be responded to on the next working day.
Absolutely. Our team can advise on surface type (lacquered steel, porcelain or glass), size, frame, mounting and mobility requirements for your specific environment. Just give us a call or send a message with details of your space.
Yes — we offer competitive pricing for bulk orders and multi-site projects. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a tailored quote. We regularly supply offices, schools, NHS trusts and multi-academy trusts across the UK.
Free standard delivery to mainland UK on orders over £150 ex. VAT. Most in-stock items dispatched within 1–2 working days. Express next-day delivery available on eligible items ordered before noon. See our Delivery page for full details.
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Faulty or damaged items are collected free of charge. Custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact our team to arrange a return.
All Nobo products carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Porcelain whiteboard surfaces carry a 10-year surface warranty. Contact us with your order number and we'll get any issue resolved quickly.
