Nobo whiteboards are available with lacquered steel, porcelain (enamel) and glass surfaces. Lacquered steel is ideal for everyday use. Porcelain offers superior durability and ghost-resistance for heavy-use environments. Glass boards provide a premium, ultra-smooth writing surface with a contemporary finish.

Most Nobo whiteboards have a magnetic steel surface, allowing you to attach documents and notes with whiteboard magnets. Glass boards are not magnetic. The product title and specifications confirm if a board is magnetic — look for 'magnetic' in the product name.

The EU Ecolabel is an official European certification for products with reduced environmental impact throughout their lifecycle — from production and packaging to use and disposal. Nobo's Premium Plus range carries this certification, making them a responsible choice for environmentally conscious organisations.

For day-to-day cleaning, use a Nobo dry eraser immediately after writing. For a deeper clean or to remove ghosting, use Nobo whiteboard cleaning spray with a soft cloth or Nobo Board Wipes. Avoid abrasive materials or standard household cleaners — these can damage the writing surface over time.

The Nobo Move & Meet system is a mobile collaboration solution comprising four double-sided, lightweight magnetic whiteboards on castors. The boards can be configured in different arrangements and wheeled to wherever a meeting or brainstorming session is taking place — turning any area into an active workspace.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from approved organisations including schools, NHS trusts, local authorities, universities and registered businesses. To apply for a credit account, please contact our team with your organisation details. Approved accounts receive 30-day payment terms.

Yes. A full VAT invoice is generated automatically for every order and emailed to the address provided at checkout. You can also access all invoices from your account dashboard. If you need a copy resent, contact our team with your order number.

To cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before noon on the day of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be amended. You can return unwanted items within 30 days in original, undamaged packaging for a full refund.

Most stocked items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Express next-day delivery is available on selected items ordered before noon. See our Delivery page for full details on charges, timescales and remote area exceptions.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our team with your order number. Faulty or damaged items are collected at no cost. Bespoke or custom-ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty.

All Nobo products carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Porcelain whiteboard surfaces carry an extended 10-year surface warranty. The warranty does not cover incorrect cleaning, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
